We are also proud to host our annual Imperial Banner War event for 2023, where teams from all over the region come to compete in a variety of activities and games. We invite you to join us for a unique and unforgettable experience.
Event Fees
Weekend Camping Pass, Adult $45.00
Includes on-site camping, breakfast and day board Saturday and Sunday, and Saturday Feast.
Weekend Camping Pass, Child $20.00
Includes on-site camping, breakfast and day board Saturday and Sunday, and Saturday Feast for 1 child aged 5 to 16.
Weekend Camping Pass, Family Cap $130.00
Includes on-site camping, breakfast and day board Saturday and Sunday, and Saturday Feast for 2 adults living in the same household and all children of that household under age 17. See the event autocrat for questions concerning the Family Cap.
Single Day Pass, Adult $15.00
Includes entry to site for 1 day (either Saturday or Sunday) and day board for 1 adult. This ticket DOES NOT INCLUDE feast. Feast requires an add-on ticket. For entry both days, you must purchase 2 Single Day Pass tickets.
Single Day Pass, Child (age 5-16) $8.00
Includes entry to site for 1 day (either Saturday or Sunday) and day board for 1 child age 5 to 16. This ticket DOES NOT INCLUDE feast. Feast requires an add-on ticket. For entry both days, you must purchase 2 day pass tickets.
Single Day Pass, Family Cap $46.00
Includes entry to site for 1 day (either Saturday or Sunday) and day board for 2 adults living in the same household and all children of that household under age 17. This ticket DOES NOT INCLUDE feast. Feast requires an add-on ticket. For entry both days, you must purchase 2 day pass family cap tickets. See the event autocrat for questions concerning the Family Cap.
Feast Saturday $10.00
Includes Saturday Feast for 1 adult or child 5 and over. To attend Saturday feast with a Day Pass, you must purchase a Feast Saturday ticket. (NOTE: Saturday Feast is INCLUDED with the Weekend Pass.) Children who are not eating the full feast meal do not need a Feast ticket; however, you must contact the event autocrat to make other arrangements.
Feast Sunday $10.00
Includes Sunday Feast for 1 adult. To attend Sunday feast with a Day Pass or a Weekend pass, you must purchase a Feast Sunday ticket. (NOTE: Sunday Feast is NOT INCLUDED with the Weekend Pass.) Children who are not eating the full feast meal do not need a Feast ticket; however, you must contact the event autocrat to make other arrangements.

CROSSBOWS
While Crossbows have been approved for use in the Adrian Empire Lex Adria,
has yet to be changed to reflect their use in Crown War.
In consultation with the Emperor we will playtest their use by adding a Huntsman and
Bowman Crossbow lists.
As this is playtest neither will carry a war point. Archers may shoot both.

The facility is a large Multi-acre site with camping on site.

There are hotels available within 5 miles of our site for those who do not wish to camp. ​

Pets:
Pets are not allowed on this site, but
service animals are permitted.
Facilities:
There is a large, air-conditioned, indoor facility with restrooms. Indoor restrooms are available during the day and PortaPotty and Portable Sink are available at night. Sinks and cold storage are also available.

No indoor showers are available.
